Many pellets before the invasion of Ukraine Entered the UK from Russia, these were marketed as EU Sourced as they came in via Europe. Transportation costs to the environment far outweighed the green credentials of what should be a carbon nutral product.
Thankfully we have been able to secure a supplier with Grown In Britain Status, the added benefit being they have a purpose-built processing plant on our doorstep, therefore minimising our carbon footprint yet further with reduced transportation costs.
