Took all 3 cottages for a hen weekend and had an amazing time! Beautiful setting and very comfortable accommodation... for a large group, the granary being spacious enough to host us all for casual meals, drinks, games and karaoke. Sipping a cocktail looking our over the countryside whilst the sun set was one of my favourite moments. Really thoughtful touches on arrival 👌read more

Well what can I say, back from an amazing Hen party weekend at Oaks Barn Farm.Big thank you to Wayne and Sue for your... extra activities feeding and rounding up the lambs and sheep. Just back from our first stay - we stayed in the Granary - a very relaxing stay in this very picturesque setting. ... Wayne and Sue are the best hosts (my dad had the honour of feeding a lamb its last bottle). We had days out (would recommend the Steam Railway at Toddington and Countess of Evesham boat ride). And the pub recommended by Wayne and Sue is a delight - well worth a visit. Loved the hot tub - best ever in holiday accommodation. Would reiterate all you need to a comfy chilled relaxing holiday. Would recommend. Thank you Wayne and Sue for this much needed family break - everyone had a great time and you really made it special for all of us. (Would just add - very safe with restrictions still for COVID). Best wishes and looking forward to another visit.read more

Just returned from our second stay in The Granary at Oaks Barn Farm. Wayne and Sue are delightful hosts who make sure... you are welcomed and looked after throughout your stay. The accommodation is comfy, clean and has everything you need, set in a beautiful location. We loved soaking in the salt water hot tub, chilling in the garden area, and this time enjoying the brand new pizza making experience. Imagine making your own delicious pizzas in a wood-fired oven, enjoying a glass of fizz (or several!) and watching the sun set - bliss. Being able to bottle feed the lambs topped off a fabulous weekend.Can’t wait to come back again!read more

We’ve just come back from an amazing stay here with friends! We hired all 3 places as we were a large group and every... place was cleaned to a high standard! Sue and Wayne were amazing hosts and allowed us to feed the lambs which we were all excited about! Lovely spacious outdoor area brilliant for sunbathing and bbqing then finishing the evening with a fire pit under the stars! We would love to return! 🥰read more

We have just come back from an amazing weekend at Oaks Barn Farm. We had all three properties for a large group of... friends. The weather was glorious so we took full advantage of the outdoor space and the hot tubs. Sue and Wayne were so hospitable and accommodating. Everywhere was clean and very welcoming. The Covid measures were brilliant too. We especially loved feeding the lambs every night. Thank you both for an amazing weekend!read more

We had a wonderful time at Oaks Barn Farm. We stayed in The Granary which was spotlessly clean, well stocked and... extremely comfortable for our week long stay. The information that we received prior to our visit as well as the measures implemented at the properties made it feel very ‘COVID safe’. Wayne and Sue are amazing hosts and were always contactable if we needed anything. The highlight of staying at Oaks Barn Farm was the the working farm. Our 2.5 year old daughter loved petting and feeding the sheep every day and she also was able to pick eggs for our breakfast one day all with Wayne and Sue’s help. They also put a toy ride on tractor in the cottage garden for the children to play on. The hot tub was lovey for chilling out and Wayne kept it maintained and full of water all week. The cottages are well placed for Stratford on Avon and Warwick castle which are both worth a visit. All in all a fabulous week was had by all and our daughter has not stopped talking about the lambs since we left! We would love to return sometime soon.read more

Just had a four night stay in Shepherds View. Wayne and Sue are extremely welcoming hosts and super ‘Covid aware’ so we... felt safe. The huts are truly lovely and very clean with good facilities. The location is beautiful and peaceful and star gazing from the hot tub with no light pollution at night was sublime! Plenty to do within a short drive of the farm too.... can’t wait to stay again!read more

Where to begin! Oaks barn farm was truly everything you could wish for, a beautiful country escape with every need... covered.Wayne and sue were beyond helpful and couldn’t have made you feel more welcome.From stunning views, to warm stylish accommodation it was everything we could of wished for! Everything was so thought out especially with the current COVID situation everything was so clean, with sanitation stations placed around and social distanced welcomes, we felt so safe and comfortable! I could not recommend staying here enough!Wayne and sue were always there for any questions and recommendations for local things to do and see.The shepherd’s huts were perfect with comfy beds and truly felt home from home.The added hot tub made evenings with a view even more special, with fire pit ,bbq and lawn games provided it made staying in even better 🙂 If you are looking for a country retreat with added home comforts and spectacular views and surroundings this is the place for you! We can’t wait to come back again!read more

On our way home from what I can only describe as an amazing week at Oaks Barn Farm! Sue and Wayne are truly lovely... people. We can’t wait to come back. Highlight of our week has to be the pizza experience! Sue made gluten free dough for our two intolerant members which was perfect by all accounts. We had jacket potatoes, salad, toppings to chose from, then along came the bonoffe pie, wow!! It was incredible!! If you are visiting the farm you must have the pizza experience, worth every penny!! Beautiful serene little gem nestled in the Worcestershire countryside.Close to Stratford upon Avon if you want to... visit Shakespeare birthplace, but also far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Accommodation is amazing sleeping 6 comfortably.Wayne and Sue are two lovely genuine down to earth people who made us feel instantly comfortable.We also tried our hand at shooting (I say try loosely because I was pretty poor) 😊Highly recommended from us.read more

We were warmly welcomed by Sue & Wayne on our arrival with home grown cherries and tomatoes and the pork sausages we... purchased were delicious.We were fortunate that the Coach House was free for the date we wanted as we had a family wedding to attend. Oaks Barn Farm was the ideal venue for us as it enabled us to meet up with relatives who had travelled from Indonesia and America and the family loved the peaceful surroundings of the farm and Jimmy’s visits!The accommodation was perfect, made even better by Sue and Wayne’s attention to detail in terms of providing everything needed for a comfortable stay – ironing board, iron, kitchen utensils, games, baby gate, needle and cotton etc. etc. Wayne also gave us a very interesting, inspiring tour of the farm buildings, including the bioenergy generator powered by solar panels on the barn roof, as well as the newest accommodation – 2 beautifully fitted out, very comfortable converted huts. Lovely stay at the couch house. The garden was great, looked out over open fields and all the outside furniture was... perfectly positioned to make the most of the early morning sun and evening sunset. Loved having the fire outside in the evenings too. The fun of camping with the luxury of a proper bed and your own bathrooms! Great location for visiting Stratford and Warwick. Wayne and Sue, were lovely, so friendly and happy to let the kids get involved with feeding the pigs etc. Both our teenagers loved the air rifle workshop with Wayne who is a very patient teacher. Amazing holiday! The coach house is beautiful and stunning views over the fields. The house is spotless and beds... extremely comfortable. Added bonus of a beautiful garden to sit in at night. Only 15 mins drive to Stratford upon Avon with plenty to do. Owners Sue and Wayne couldnt do enough for you. Boys loved the air rifle shooting and we all loved Jimmy the dog. Will definately be making a return journey to the excellent accommodation xread more

Just returned home after spending a lovely 3 nights on the farm with friends. We all live in different parts of the UK... so a good central location to meet. House is beautiful and Wayne a very nice guy. We spent an hour on Sunday rifle shooting which was fun. Good location for visiting Stratford and Warwick. We did a good walk from Alcester on the Saturday. Highly recommended.read more

We were the first to stay at The Granary and it was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and Wayne & Sue thought of... everything we could possibly need. Our 4 children loved the animals and the stunning scenery. We went for some lovely walks too. My only complaint....the children now want to move.....to a farm! 😀 Thanks for a lovely stay 🙂read more
