With an unprecedented year, we would like to thank all of our guests for booking with us. Despite COVID-19 we’ve had Both the quietest time in the Spring followed by the busiest Summer since we started our business. We have managed to rebook or refund 100% of reservations unable to complete bookings with us.
Our Local Authority Wychavon District Council have been amazing with their support as have our Insurer’s The NFU.
This year has seen planning being granted for a new Barn which will significantly add to the flexibility and provision of our business going forward, We now have a Hot Tub to each of our properties, temporarily we have suspended our all site bookings limiting to the mandatory 6 person bookings.
In lockdown we built a Pizza Oven which has proved really popular with our guests, Sunset View will expand on this providing guests with a covered outdoor dining option whatever the weather.
Through this challenging year we have built on some amazing friendships, Local Supplier Links and many of our suppliers have turned out to be true friends. Our Guests have been understanding of the measures we have taken to safeguard both our staff team and them during these challenging times, they have left some amazing reviews and many have already booked for next year.
