Sun-Dried Tomatoes without the sun. With the tomato season nearly upon us, we wanted to share this way of extending your summer whilst intensifying the flavour.

Simple 4 step recipe:
- Cut Tomatoes lengthways and place on parchment paper wet side up onto a baking tray
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt take care, not to overdo as tomatoes will reduce by half.
- place in an oven at 120 degrees and bake for 2.5.-3.5 hours checking regularly so as not to burn.
- Once cooled add to a sterilised Kilner Jar cover with Cold Pressed British Rapeseed Oil

The longer you leave, the more the oil will take on the flavour.
Amazing in salads, pasta, and Pizza Try drying with Basil for extra summer flavour. Also, try baking in bread.
