Our latest guests to the farm arrived last night, I waited up for their late arrival knowing that they were traveling with their disabled grandson.

Our guests had already received our gate number, allowing them to ring the gate from their mobile phone to open the gate on arrival.
Our remote access instructions sent pre arrival show guests where to park and how to access keys, but seeing their lights come up the drive, we were able to go out and meet them.
Our welcome pack includes tea and cake on arrival with milk in the fridge, we are self catering but it’s the little things that count.
We had left the outdoor lights on as PIR activated lighting has a habit of going off just at the wrong time.
Meeting with both the grandparents and Mother enabled us to make sure that all of their needs had been met.
For the grandson he was able to get his wheelchair straight from the car into the property all on one level with easy access to a ground floor bathroom and bedroom.
All were delighted that the property matched our description and assurances pre arrival, and said that many other holidays had simply fallen short of their needs.
Walking back out into the night sky, We knew that our guests had all that they needed to get their holiday off to a great start.
