1. Gate Access:
Contactless entry, on your day of arrival, from your booking form we will input your mobile phone number into our gate and text through the gate number, when you ring the gate it will recognise your number and open please make sure in settings that your number is not with-held.
2. Property Access:
For your safety we no longer show you around the property, It has been cleaned and sanitised for your arrival.

Keys are located in a key safe at each property. We will text this information to all phone numbers provided. This is a working farm, we live on site providing an excellent opportunity to experience our livestock first hand.

Service Wash
There are no Washing Machines in any of the properties. We are able to provide a service wash facility at a cost of £20 per load. Please note the wash will be at 60 degrees in line with our Covid-19 Risk assessment. Do not include items which may be damaged at this temperature. Washing will be returned Dried not ironed. to minimise handling processes.
Site Security
We have Electric Gates to the farm. The site is protected with CCTV. Oaks Barn Farm is registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office. Please note that all visitors are by prior arrangement with their details provided on our booking form. Our car park is covered by CCTV. We accept no liability for damage. We are not liable for theft of or from vehicles left on site.
