Safeguarding Guests Working Document Post Lockdown – The Heart of Our Business is our Guests of Oaks Barn Farm, we anticipate a high demand for UK Based Holidays post Lockdown, we are in a Prime Location for Social Distancing, Safeguarding Our Guests is Paramount to our Vision.

We have installed a contact free Alcohol Sanitiser Station in our Guest car park please use each time you enter your property.
Priority Pricing
COVID-19 has given us an amazing insight into how 3rd party booking sites, despite their claims, have treated our bookings and future Guests. As a result we now guarantee all of our direct bookings will be cheaper than any 3rd party site, allowing us to remain competitive amidst those who claim to offer a service yet falter at the first hurdle. You will read between the lines the key players who have failed both Us and our Guests. (This does not include Independent Cottages who have provided a brilliant front end service).
Social Distancing Measures
We understand the UK needs to minimise the risk of a second spike and will, therefore, follow Government Guidelines to Re-Open only when this is safe to do so.
Living on Site it is in our interest to ensure that each of our properties remain COVID-19 Free, We have always had a remote check in and we show you to your property but do not enter it with you and keep a 2 Meter distance during your meet and greet and throughout your stay.
Cleaning Measures
We have now installed contactless alcohol-based hand sanitizer accessible for our Farm Stay Guests.
Antibacterial cleaning to all surfaces, light switches, door handles, TV remotes, and keys.
Gloved Cleaning with obvious changes between cleaning operations.
Laundry Managed on Site and Washed to 60 degrees. This avoids external handling outside of our control.
Working Together
Thankfully we have been able to work with our guests to secure the best possible outcome in managing cancellations, and Re Booking during the COVID-19 Crisis. We would like to thank our Insurers The NFU Mutual and our local Authority Wychavon District Council, who have been responsive and informative at this difficult time
