Doing the Right Thing is a business principle we believe in here at Oaks Barn Farm, two weeks ago the CLA announced that it would no longer be running their much loved country shows, just two days prior we had taken a forward booking for this period and had both the booking form and deposit paid in full. Our terms state that cancellation will result in loss of this deposit, as the guests primary reason for booking with us was to attend the Game Fair we thought it only right to contact him and offer a refund in full, the conversation somewhat took him aback as he had already discussed with friends that he would either have to forgo his deposit or stay on our farm without being able to attend the Game Fair.
