As this is our first blog this edition may be a little clumsy
So the wine kits have gone really well and the elderflower wine has started to clear and there should be about 25 bottles in the barrel behind me.
Last weekend Saffi came to stay and we labeled up No7 reserve and had our first go at putting the heat shrink caps on the bottles(we need more practice with these.

The Fruit cage is doing its bit also we have lots of rasberries but not enough to make wine, so I guess the elder brerry wine will have to be the next must do.
