We still wear masks to safeguard you when cleaning each of our properties, our enhanced cleaning measures remain in place.

We socially distance to keep you and our staff team safe whilst working on the farm.

We have risk-assessed our provision in line with Visit England Guidelines and enhanced our cleaning standards and staff training to embrace safeguarding measures against COVID-19

Oaks Barn Farm has 3 self-contained properties which will each accommodate a family group for up to 6 persons. We have contactless Self Check-in and have social distancing measures in place.

All internal surfaces, light switches, sockets and soft furnishings are both cleaned and sanitised TVRemotes are bagged. All external furniture is cleaned and Sanitised, Hot Tubs are emptied cleaned and filled prior to your arrival. Communal areas, namely Bins are sanitised daily, please sanitise each time these areas are accessed. All outdoor furniture is sanitised prior to your arrival.

Help Us To Keep you Safe

Please Use the Contactless Hand Sanitiser on arrival and each time you return to your Property. Please maintain social distancing of 2 metres between Staff and Fellow Guests in adjacent properties. Our Farm is Big enough to keep everyone Safe!

Guest Self Checkin

1. Gate Access:

Contactless entry, on your day of arrival, from your booking form we will input your mobile phone number into our gate and text through the gate number, when you ring the gate it will recognise your number and open please make sure in settings that your number is not with-held.

2. Property Access:

For your safety we no longer show you around the property, It has been cleaned and sanitised for your arrival.

Keys are located in a key safe to each property, we will text this through to all phone numbers provided, both keys and key safe have been sanitised for your arrival.

We live on-site and may see you on arrival but will keep a 2-metre social distance.

4. Wifi Access

Free 4G Wifi through all properties password is oaksbarnfarm

5. Hot Tub

Safeguarding Our Guests and Staff Team

Whilst enjoying your stay remains at the heart of all we do at Oaks Barn Farm we would like to extend our reassurance that we are doing everything possible to ensure your safety during your stay. We have modified our Arrival Time and Departure Times to allow for a full deep clean with all safeguards for each party of incoming guests. All of our Team are now fully vaccinated.

Service Wash

Whilst there are no Washing Machines in any of the properties, we are able to provide a service wash facility at a cost of £20 per load, please note the wash will be at 60 degrees in line with our Covid-19 Risk assessment so please do not include items which may be damaged at this temperature. Washing will be returned Dried not ironed. to minimise handling processes.

If you develop COVID-19 Symptoms During your Stay

In the event of any of your party becoming symptomatic during your stay, government guidance can be found here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/ at your earliest opportunity please contact Wayne or Sue 07974110132 and we will talk you through our emergency plan. This will involve the Identification of Medical Care required and making arrangements for the whole party to return Home you will be liable for any additional costs incurred.

Site Security

We have Electric Gates to the farm and the site is protected with CCTV Oaks Barn Farm is Registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office. Please note that all visitors are by prior arrangement with their details provided on our booking form. Our car park is covered by CCTV however we accept no liability for damage, theft of, or from vehicles left on site.

Whilst many insurers left their customers high and dry through the pandemic, The NFU did not, as both a farm and business we are proud to have the NFU as our insurers.
