As a small business we chose from the onset to be in charge of our own web site, this has the advantage of being able to be in complete control of our site it’s content and how we want it to feel for our end users.
We have recently changed to Microsoft Office 365, we came across a problem with a 3rd party app and telephoned through to the help desk, past experience of help centres does not fill me with glee in any way. But these guys are different I spoke to Gary Kerwin through an 0800 number through to the USA his support was of the highest standard, he phoned back when he said he would, and provided the help I needed.
Gary’s communication at every stage was fantastic, his manager Annie Wilcox obviously runs an excellent team and I could not be more pleased with the service they were able to provide. The service is delivered by allowing them access to your screen, they then guide you through every step with a visual cursor on the screen.
